What’s Included in Service Club Membership?

When you sign up for a Service Club membership, our technicians will come out twice a year to perform a tune-up on either your heater or air conditioner. These tune-ups include comprehensive checks of all important components and adjustments to help your equipment become more energy-efficient. In other words, by signing up for our Service Club, you’ll be able to rest easy knowing that your HVAC systems will run flawlessly all year long!

In Spring/Summer tune-ups, our technicians will:

Inspect unit for proper levels of refrigerant

Inspect blower assembly

Lubricate blower fan (if accessible)

Inspect wiring, connections, capacitor, etc.

Inspect condenser, compressor, and refrigerant lines for damage

Change thermostat batteries (if applicable)Test for proper temperature differentials

Test operation of system and report any potential issues observed

Replace standard one-inch air filter (if applicable)Test operation of system and report any potential issues observed

In Fall/Winter tune-ups, our technicians will:

Inspect furnace/boiler as valve for gas leaks

Inspect carbon monoxide issues/inspect heat exchanger for cracks (If accessible)

Replace standard one-inch air filter (if applicable)Clean and inspect blower assembly

Clean and inspect burners, burner changer

Clean and inspect flame sensor

Inspect flue for blockages

Clean each washable air filter, inspect and clean each indoor evaporator (for ductless systems)Test for proper temperature differentials

Test operation of system and report any potential issues observed

Inspect and test antifreeze, fluid acidity, zone valves, and circulator pumps (if you have a boiler)
